Manor House is situated between South Otterington and Thornton Le Moor which is halfway between Thirsk and Northallerton .

From the South

A1 North . A61 to Thirsk. A167 to Northallerton in South Otterington turn Right at the Pub over the Railway Bridge 1st farm drive on the right signed Shepherd's Purse and Manor House follow drive to the end 11/2 miles .

From the North

A1 south  take the Bedale turn and go towards Northallerton at large roundabout turn right onto A167 towards Thirsk 4 miles in SOUTH Otterington turn left at the pub over the Railway Bridge 1st farm drive on the right signed Shepherd's Purse and Manor House follow drive to the end 11/2 miles .
